To order the ADSL service please complete the following form. One of our technicians will then contact you to confirm the details you have provided meet your requirements and confirm the service costs to you. If you then wish to proceed we will then fax you a completed order form for your signature. The service normally takes no more than ten days from receipt of your completed order to set up, and we will contact you to advise you of the confirmed conversion date.

Service Options
The following services options can be used to build a comprehensive service for your internet access. If you just want basic access leave the following boxes clear.

If you have an existing domain name that you would like to use with the service please enter it here. Please note if the domain is held by an outside party it may need to be transferred into us for mail or other services to work. We charge £25.00 plus VAT for domains to be transferred in to us which usually also extends your domain renewal for an extra year from its normal expiry date. To run your domain with mail you will also need DNS service from us at £2.00 per month plus VAT on top of your basic service charge.

If you would like us to provide web site hosting please select one of the following options. You will need a domain name to run a web site.

 

Would you like us to provide SMTP mail fallback for you. This service is only relevant for connections with SMTP mail servers.

Would you like us to provide domain wide POP3 mail for you. If you don't have a domain then we will supply you a domain in the form of yourdomain.zapadsl.co.uk. Domain wide POP3 redirects any mail at your domain to a single POP3 mailbox.
