Our ADSL service is available as self or assisted install products.

ZapADSL Self Install-

Self install means that we will convert your existing BT line to ADSL service at the exchange and deliver the service over it and it is your responsibility to install a suitable router or ADSL modem to use the service.

To use the ADSL service we provide you will need either an ADSL modem or a router depending on on the computer system you have and how you are intending to use it. You will also need an ADSL line filter.

If you choose our self install service we are unable to offer advice on the configuration of the equipment, unless it is on our certified device list and sourced through us.

ZapADSL Assisted Install-

Our assisted install service includes the supply of a pre-configured router and filter which when connected to the converted ADSL line will connect to the service immediately taking the hassle out of the configuration of the equipment you need to make the link. The service also includes telephone assistance should you need help with connecting the equipment to the line or your computer system.
